What do I do if I want to return an item?

As a customer, you can cancel the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the arrival of the order. The articles must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all original labels and in intact condition.


In order that your return shipment can be processed as quickly as possible, please fill in the this form and enclose it with the return shipment.


The dispatch of returns is in the hands of the buyer and is at his expense. We recommend that you choose a shipping courier that allows for tracking and tracing. Ripin will retain the amount paid for the item until arrival at the warehouse. Refunds will be made to the account of the originally specified payment method. Please note that an additional 2-10 business days may be required depending on your credit card company.
