Order, Delivery & Shipping

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Ripin offers payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa & Amex), Paypal, Amazon Pay and instant bank transfer.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

During an order you can change your delivery address in the step "Enter new delivery address". Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible for orders already placed.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

After your order has been completed, it can take up to 24 hours before your package is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email. In this mail you will find the link for tracking your order.


Orders that are placed before 12 o'clock leave our warehouse the same day.

 

Where can you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland, Canada and the USA. We can deliver to other countries on request.



RETURNS

Are returns free of charge?

The dispatch of returns is in the hands of the buyer and is at his expense.

 

HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK?

You are welcome to return goods that you do not like or fit to us within fourteen (14) calendar days (after receiving your order). The items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all original labels and in intact condition. Simply complete our returns form and follow the four steps.

 

When do I get my money back?

Repayment shall be made within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment by us at the latest. We will transfer the money back to the means of payment you originally paid with.

When is an article available again?

If an article is no longer in stock, please contact our customer service. They will be able to give you more information about the remaining stock.
